Every OWN night starts with an Indiana owner and a topic. Once those are set, we match one partner to the night. The host introduces the partner at the start, two minutes, who they are and what they do. No pitch.
Partners support the room. Owners tell the stories.
The room is owners who run Indiana companies, the people buying one, and a few of the advisors and lenders they already work with. Most have been at it for years. They come to hear one owner’s story and to talk with each other before and after.
When OWN went to Syracuse in June, people drove in from Fort Wayne, Elkhart and the towns around Lake Wawasee. In Fort Wayne in September, about 40 owners came out to Ruoff Mortgage Stadium.
A partner can take one night. $1,500 covers the room and the food for one OWN night, with the introduction, the thanks and the issue credit that go with it. Annual partners support the whole year and get the article in Operator Notes. We’re finishing the 2027 program with the team now. Ask and we’ll send the one-pager.

The rooms themselves were given by American Legion Post 155 in Carmel, the American Legion in Fishers, the VFW in Carmel, South Shore Village on Lake Wawasee, Lushin HQ, The District Tap Northside and Ruoff Mortgage Stadium. BRU Burger Bar hosts Bloomington on Oct 29.
Partner standards. OWN can decline any partner. Partner content in Operator Notes is labeled, one per issue at most, and edited by OWN. No partner chooses a night, a speaker or a topic. Partners don’t pitch in the room, and they never get the member list.
